The Problem:

At the time of deployment, the Management Committee of blah bkah was undergoing a Builder Handover. However, the Committee received an incomplete handover from the builder. Prior to ADDA it was challenging for the Admins to manage the onboarding, communication and billing process for each of the blocks.

The Implementation:

The ADDA team was well aware of the rigorous processes during builder handover. Keeping in mind that each of the building's blocks were partially handed over, ADDA carried out the onboarding almost hassle-free. The team provided timely support to setup different modules of the App. The onboarding was finally completed effortlessly, helping the Admins during the community's crucial handover stage!
